The small and medium businesses are almost ready to start putting their trust in Software as a Service, and having a back-bone like VPS.net to hold the SaaS all together is absolutely fantastic. I'm very excited about the launch, and I can't wait to start playing! I don't know if I'll be able to sleep tonight! What will be really interesting for me is seeing how the beast is managed by the end-user. What facilities, features, and functions we'll be able to control ourselves, and how quickly the system recovers from "catastrophic failure".
