As some of you might know from Ditlev’s post in the forums, we are working on a CDN offering, but being we are firm believers in eating your own dog food, we are now using parts of VPS.NET on the CDN.
The way the CDN works is, the content being pulled via the CDN is cached on 16 pop’s around the world, new content is cached on the CDN the first time is accessed by a technology called “Origin Pull” (so you dont even need to upload your file), the content is delivered to you via the closest pop to your location, greatly improving speed.
We believe this is a killer combo, host the site on the Cloud and the static content on the CDN We are serving Images, JS/jQuery and some other scripts for the CDN at the moment
Here is a map of the current CDN pop’s

I provide consulting services for a lot of big companies and am about to publish several books on internet marketing. I just got a small vps account – I am comparing providers and systems – and read Yoast’s comment on the CDN.
I want it.
Can I have it? (Happy to betatest and if it is as good as advertised I’ll use and promote). I am particularly interested in using it for about 20 different WordPress MU sites.
Thanks!
Very interested. Looking forward in hearing more (especially the pricing)!
Can I want to get a trial account?
