  • Kernel Upgrades
  • PHP / Perl Installation & Configuration
  • Control Panel Configurations and Setup
  • Apache Installations & Module Installations
  • General Backup and Migration Assistance
  • Software Installation

A more detailed list of supported tasks can be found on the “New Ticket” view on the VPS.NET CP

To open a On-Demand Admin ticket, simply select the choice on the departments section of the new ticket window.

  1. Could you please share more details about the tasks supported? Some of us are considering VPS.NET and this could be a determining factor for the less technically inclined. :)

  2. I just submitted an On Demand ticket. Should I hear back from someone within 24 hrs with resolution to my issue? And does that ETA also apply to weekends and after hours? I’ve noticed the support line is not available after hours and on weekends, so it would be great if you could confirm your typical turnaround times. Thanks!
