I just submitted an On Demand ticket. Should I hear back from someone within 24 hrs with resolution to my issue? And does that ETA also apply to weekends and after hours? I've noticed the support line is not available after hours and on weekends, so it would be great if you could confirm your typical turnaround times. Thanks!

Is this a monthly service? If not, is it billed per ticket when the ticket is created, or when it is closed out?

Could you please share more details about the tasks supported? Some of us are considering VPS.NET and this could be a determining factor for the less technically inclined. :)
