Pricing… version 2.0

Since we announced the pricing 2 weeks ago, we have been reading and listening to the various comments people had about it, we assumed we had nailed it the first time around.. but you know what they say about assuming too much .. dont !

As such, we have gone back to the drawing board and squeeze every penny and pence we could out of the CFO, and have come up with the following changes:

1 - Double the Mhz per node, from 200Mhz to 400Mhz

By increasing the Mhz we make each node more powerful and capable, a better value on itself.

2 - Lowers the pricing per node.

So yes, not only we doubling the CPU, we are making the cost of each node cheaper as well, who said the VPS Cloud cannot be cheap as chips ? (no, you cannot have chips also)

Despite all these great discounts, we might even floats a few extra discount coupons here and there, just keep your eyes and ears open wide for those as well icon wink Pricing... version 2.0

Price… at last!

Since we open up the VPS.NET Cloud for beta testing, people have send dozens of emails asking "What about the price ...?"

Coming up with a proper price was no simple task, we had to take in consideration many factors, such as all the cost to deploy a VPS in a Cloud environment, with proper fail-over redundancy and RAID-10 SAN back-ends .. those dont come cheap icon wink Price... at last! , but at the same time, we wanted to make it competitive enough against standard VPS offerings (server based) that are deployed by a fraction of the price of the Cloud ... quite a task indeed.

We hope the users will see the value of the product and find the price to be quite a bargain for this type of system icon smile Price... at last!
