The billing guys actually do not work Sundays, and I am not sure we have any migration guys available as well. Remember, this is not a managed server you are getting, there are no SLA's etc attached to the service - it is a migration/setup/security/etc service, where all questions are allowed, for 14 days. Not a 24/7/365 server management product.
That being said, I am currently pinging one of the guys to check if he could step in and get you setup.
Start by submitting a 'normal' ticket, and tell us what you need done. Then I will see what I can do...
