This package is active for 2 weeks from the date of purchase, to buy it please open a ticket with billing and request it to be added to your account.

Included on this package is:

• Setup of your new VPS
• Security overhaul of the VPS
• Domains Migration to VPS.NET DNS
• Private DNS servers migration (if required)
• ISPconfig, cPanel or Plesk setup
• Setup / Migration of up to 20 hosted domains for non cPanel to cPanel migrations
• cPanel to cPAnel migrations for end users and resellers.
• Migration of your data from your old provider
• Install of new or re-config existing standard scripts to function within the new environment

This package is a great hassle free way to get your site setup on VPS.NET.

Notice: This services does not carry a SLA, nor it's a "urgent support" service, tickets are handled only during the hours of 9:00 - 17:00 CST.

This is good to hear. I know many where really looking for this. I did just check the support ticket option and it seems that the radio option for Managed Setup / Migration is not selectable. Is that intentional?

Yes it is

When you sign the plan, it becomes available.

Thats good news. Although I eventually got setup with some help from tech support, this definately opens you guys up for more customers, specfically the ones coming from shared hosting who want to do a 'little more'.

Out of curiousity who designs your 'robots'?

All our designs across the group are done by internal designers

nullmind, it would be still cheap for the whole migration process

PS, for those who might need this plan, grab it while you can, since your are looking at like 10 times lower price from what you'd be offered at other places.

Just wanted to highlight once again, that this is a migration service - we will help you setup your server, secure it, migrate to it and give you the best start possible. A service where all questions are allowed, for 2 weeks But it is not a general server management service, with SLA's on reply times or where your server is monitored or where services are restarted if down etc.
