Default Monitoring and Alerts

Hey guys,

Are there any plans to add monitoring and alerts, akin to something like https://www.cloudkick.com/features

I assume that you will need to be doing monitoring anyway to enable the "auto upgrade VPS based on load" so would be helpful if you output that data as well.

In the meantime, what are other people using for monitoring/stats for their VPS servers?

Hi Chris, and welcome

Funny enough, I have a meeting on Tuesday morning with cloukick , but if that route does not pan out, when we develop the necessary code for the automatic upgrades (based on usage) we intend to create a monitoring system to also warn the user of the increase in resource usage.

That's great. It would be nice if specalist instances report/log relevant things to that instance (ie different for mySQL/apache for example) in the system. A single control panel to manage everything would be great
