CDN Pricing and Availability

I think it was about a month ago I checked in here and the pricing for 1TB PAYG was $50. Now it appears to be $75. What happened?

Also, I haven't yet decided to use VPS.net as my hosting provider. If I choose not to use VPS.net can I still use your CDN service?

We changed our provider really. We are now based on Highwinds, that offers free stats, free reseller setup's and free storage - and you are still able to get to 5c/TB - either by going to a monthly commit of 1TB, or by going for a 10Tb pay as you go account.

Yup - you can get CDN from us, even if you do not have hosting @ vps.net

Hey, not sure where to put this, but I'm using the CDN now with Highwinds but it's hard to get an answer from Carlos when I email him. Is there anyone else to contact?

Anyway, I have a question. For the CDN, why are my cnames being redirected to some long URL. Edgecast didn't do that and I'm worried it has affected some of my google rankings.

The way Highwinds deals with the URL does not affect google, the links on your site and your site itself are using your domain, your CNAME is correct, I tested some origin pulls with it and your ready to go.
