Just had a look at (MT) There really is a lot of Info there isn't there. However you will find lots of info on this forum too. Most questions have been asked and answered before. But if something hasn't feel free to ask and someone will surely help you where we can.

Yup, I had heard that VPS.NET support was very good and that the forum was an excellent resource and very friendly.

In fact, it was that word of mouth recommendation for both that brought me here in the first place and got me over the fact that the Media Temple resource was not (yet?) available.

So far, I would have to say that, although MT sets the bar pretty high, the help I have received here and from support has been first class. Second to none!
