I know it's down, and that VPS.NET is working on it. (http://status.vps.net/)

BUT. I've been trying to contact them to find out when my VPS might be back up. I had a high profile advertisement in a national magazine come out today, and all that effort is now totally ruined.

I've tweeted them, opened a support ticket, but there's just no answer.

I'd love to know what their actual uptime rate is. I bet it's pretty low.

My uptime was around 92-95% each month with Atlanta E. These are the uptime rates of budget hosts that charge $5 per 1GB of ram. I hope you get your server up soon.
