what s going on with the London clouds??

is there anybody from the management reading in here??

vps Facebook Page vanished

Terry Myers' facebook account vanished

all we get is indian-english ticket answers and hours of waiting time until servers are up again.

Somehow I am starting to worry ...

That does not answer any of my questions, and to answer yours: no we are not located in the US, but next time we will try the phone support via skype, even if it is not free.

Two months ago there were announcements about more information and transparency when issues like that (London-I) happen,
i thought that it was obvious that my questions were aiming in this direction.
