Anyone still down at Chi-A Rate Topic: -----

Down for over 48 hours now, I thought it was supposed to be resolved after the RAID rebuild, sadly it is not.

Ticket elevated to level 2, no response in the past 5 hours.

What's the ticket ID? No one else seems to be having problems in Chi A.
