Has the "VPN image" been abandoned by VPS.net? I am creating a new VM and I do not see the image on any of the locations either in UK or USA.... any ideas what is happening?

I've used this guide for the past year or so and never had a problem. I've just recently created one in zone F and no matter what I do I can't get the IPtables to work. Nothing is shown when I run 'iptables -L' and I can't get the VPN to connect.
Anyone have any ideas. Looks like others have had the same problem.
Tried it twice now on E and F. Does not work anymore. Anyone have an idea how to fix it? Seems the ipconfig statement in rc.local does nothing anymore.
