To make it easier for users searching for specific tutorials or how-to's, please incl. either "How-To: " or "Req: " in your subject/title line.

Can we request admins to wright up some how to's here for beginners and new customers like myself

ok , in vbulletin admin control panel there is option for adding thread prefixes to specific forums :D you can try it :D

I think I bought into the wrong thing I believe I was mis interpreting what presales was saying yesterday before I signed up
and ended up with something I didn't need ..or really know how to use


Can I be refunded my money?

This is a community support forum...we can't help you if you just want a refund. You should open a billing support ticket or contact VPS directly if you think you were misinformed. This isn't really the appropriate venue for that. Now, if you are struggling with the learning curve or trying to figure things out, this is a great place to get help from lots of people who have expertise in a wide range of areas...if you explain what the particular issue is.

It seems even simpler than a ticket
If you reply to the e-mail you got your invoice sent with, the reply becomes a billing ticket automatically...
