Hi guys, I'm after a bit of advice.

I'm used it IFTOP looking a bit like this, with my server's hostname or IP on the left and what it's connected to on the right:



However one of my servers is confusing me, for example here there's francesummervacances.info => 125.64.23.180
Which isn't a domain on my server or one of my IP addresses. Can anybody think of an explanation, or could the server be compromised?

I've got Pingdom warnings for the last few hours for my vps's in Lon-B. Nothing at all on the status blog, so is it just me?

I've got a problem connecting to my servers by SSH.

I've got a MAC and a Windows machine here and they're both doing the same thing. If I connect using somebody else's broadband or a 3G dongle everything is fine. Connect through my own broadband and I can connect through SSH and everything is fine at first but if I do an "ls" in a large directory the SSH session seems to freeze. Small things like DU or FREE don't seem to freeze it.

I've checked lfd.log but there's no mention of anything being blocked there and I've set CSF to check for my IP through dyndns and whitelist it so that shouldn't be a problem. I've rebooted the router at home. Still the same problem.

It's really confusing me because I can connect fine using the Mac or PC from other connections.

Anybody got any hints or tips at where to look next?

Does anybody else using VPSs to offer web hosting have problems with fraudulent customers? I seem to be getting signups from France ordering hosting and a domain and setting up PayPal phishing scams. I'm taking them down quickly, but I'm curious to know if others are getting similar problems and how they're dealing with them?

I've just had one sign up this evening and it's had a MaxMind fraud rating of 0.1% but I'm pretty sure it's going to be fraudulent.

Is anybody else still having Lon-B? My VPS is showing it's file system is full when it's less that 70% full. I've got support looking at it but it's been so slow trying to get it sorted and I've even had to argue my case to prove it was down to the SAN issue. I've been down for hours now! :-(

Anybody else having issues still?
