  1. CHI-D: Power actions has been disabled on this cloud??

    My VM has been going crazy the last few days. I now see a "Power actions has been disabled on this cloud." message on the VPS.net control panel, and I can not access the VM. I still see nothing in the support blog. Can you let me know what is happening? I've never seen this error message before.

    I have dedicated servers, reseller accounts, and hosting accounts at Westhost (been a client there for 11+ years), and I have about 35 nodes at VPS.net (been a client here for 2+ years) on 2 accounts. Both the VPS at Westhost in SLC and my 14-node VM at VPS.net in Atalanta have been off for the past few hours.... this is very frustrating... seems to be a company-wide issue that knows no geographic boundaries... makes me want to move everything, period, to my AWS account.

  3. Email Outage in Atlanta for 2 days but nothing posted on status blog...

    We have a 15-node VM in Atlanta with lots of client sites on it and email has been down for at least 48 hours. I just spent 2 days and getting my technician in to run tests and we could find nothing. I finally sent a message to support an our ago and here was the response:

    > Right now we do not have ETA when it is finished.


    Why was this not posted on the status.vps.net blog is the problem has been so ongoing???? There was something about email issues on July 9, but those appeared fixed. There has been zero notice since then about these issues.

    Come on guys! Pls post details about the outage and how/when it will be fixed/solved.

  4. What's the "EasyVPN-1.5 Beta2" image?

    There is a Beta Template called "EasyVPN-1.5 Beta2". What is that and is there any documentation about that? I did a search on this forum and found nothing.
