    They are fine if there is no problem. Then if there are problems it take forever for them to figure out the problem. I have been trying to deal with support for last for days for multiple server crashes per day. I have started an emergency migration to another service today. The worst part is, they'll try something and VPS will go up but they don't monitor if what they did fixed so I need to keep adding to the ticket. VPS down again. They really don't care. Makes me sad.
