    It is always available when upgrading. Just choose the box that says, "Please do not upgrade my storage."

    You need to file a ticket to have rDNS setup. It can't be done at a server level.

    The snapshot backups should be fixed by the end of this month.

    Rsync backups will be fixed by the end of this week.
