Thanks for your help Anthony. I ended up starting from scratch and it worked first time. I guess I just ended up losing my original private key... -

ok, here is an actual error:
[Wed Sep 07 18:33:41 2011] [error] Unable to configure RSA server private key [Wed Sep 07 18:33:41 2011] [error] SSL Library Error: 185073780 error:0B080074:x509 certificate routines:X509_check_private_key:key values mismatch
I'm thinking I should just get a brand new key and start from scratch. Unless there's a way for me to validate that I'm using the correct key/cert combinations (which you'd think I should be able to do myself) -

Would it be an issue if I DO need to enter a pass phrase? I'm not 100% sure if I do or not, so, for another noob question, how would I check? -

yip, definitely.
These certificates are renewals, so it's been working for a year, but I can't for the life of me remember how I did it last year. -

Thanks for the response, but nothing is happening now. I have the following error in the error.log:
[Wed Sep 07 11:50:27 2011] [warn] Init: Session Cache is not configured [hint: SSLSessionCache]
But I'm not sure if that's related to anything.
Effectively what I've done is enter the following:
Certificate/private key file: .crt file from Comodo Private key file: the private key I created when applying for the SSL certificate Certificate authorities file: PositiveSSLCA.crt
Any ideas on what could be going wrong? I'm not even sure where to look, considering the log file isn't exactly providing much info.
