  1. Backups - 2 weeks with no snapshots!!!

    VPS.net I am very very disappointed!!!!

    I wanted to restore my VPS to a snapshot that should have been taken yesterday as I had a few issues. The last backup snapshot was taken on the 22nd June.

    Upon asking support where my snapshot was and after 3 hours of waiting for support I was told "the backup creation processes stuck on the SAN where your VPS was running on"

    So really really not happy with the level of service... Why is nobody monitoring the backup process?
