Access is granted via an access key / secret key combination. The access keys are globally distributed across all of the regions as is the tenancy ID. The tenancy ID is important as it's used to access bucket items with the public ACL set.
Log into the VPS.net Cloud+ control panel and click on the Object Storage tab:
If you've not already done so, create an object storage account by clicking "Launch Object Storage".
