For Customers to access their New VPS service, they need to do the following:
Click on Services and choose My Services

 


Next click on the View Details button to see details of this VPS:

 

Once the VPS has been activated, they should see something similar to the following screen which
includes details of the VPS, to manage it, click on the Manage VPS button as shown below in
yellow:

This will bring up the Overview for their VPS Server which looks as follows:


The three buttons on the top right that are highlighted are used to send Reboot, Shutdown or
Force Power Off commands respectively to the VPS. On this screen other details such as the initial
root password, VPS IP address and configuration details.
On the next screen, clicking on the Console tab brings up the following screen (You will need Java
to be installed for this to work):

This is Console screen with full root access login allowing you to run any command on the
server as required.
The next two screens show Bandwidth Graphs and CPU Graphs tabs, clicking on them shows usage
details, please note that this is not real time data.

Clicking the Backups tab brings up details of the backups available (if you have this option enabled
when ordering your VPS server):


By default, you will see backups that are created on a daily, weekly and monthly backup. Under
the action column on the far end (see image above highlighted in yellow), you can click on any of
these to restore a backup from that respective period. To create a new manual snapshot backup,
click the button.

Finally, clicking on the IP’s tab shows you all of the external IP addresses assigned to the VPS server. If you add any additional IP addresses, these will come up here.
